Thanks for stopping by to check out my 100K Online Secret Review. If you're trying to find out if it's legit, you're not alone. I mean... it looks a little shady, right?
You may be trapped in a job you hate or buried under a stack of bills at home and 100K Online Secret claims they have a way out. I've reviewed many make-money-online programs just like this one over the years, and like you, I have my doubts.
Doing your research first is exactly the right thing to do here because there are real reasons to suspect the 100K Online Secret is a scam, which I'm going to going over. Also in this review, I'll explain how it works, what they do and why you should be careful if you decide to join.
Please note, I am not a member or an affiliate for 100K Online Secret. This review has been researched with information and/or testimonials that are available online in the public domain. What Is 100K Online Secret?
The 100K Online Secret is a make-money-online system that begins with the story of Lei Lei Secor who made 100K online while she was still a teenager.
I expected this story to be fake but was surprised to learn it's actually true...
Lei Lei founded an online "Etsy" store called "Designed by Lei" and made over a hundred thousand selling jewelry while still in high school.
It's an extraordinary story, unfortunately... it has nothing to do with the 100K Online Secret.
Lei Lei made her fortune by making and selling wire jewelry.
The only similarities between her and 100K Online Secret are that they both sell products online... but even then, it's a stretch to make the comparison because the 100K Secret is not even a real product... it's a sneaky "marketing funnel" that sends you to another program called My Ecom Club.
Older versions of this include Passive Money Miracle and Ecom Cash Code which are associated with some person named Teo Vee who says he was exactly where you might be now.
He goes on to say he was "sick of being on the treadmill and needed a change".
That's fair... I think we can all understand what it feels like being stuck on the treadmill (of life). However, getting off of it and living the life of your dreams is not as easy as Teo Vee would have you believe.
As I mentioned, when you get past the 100K Online Secret payment page (which is $97) you'll be introduced to Teo and My Ecom Club.
My Ecom Club is a high-ticket program that teaches you how to build a Shopify Store and sell products through dropshipping (having the supplier send them directly to your customers).
This is a legit business model called dropshipping but it's a lot harder to do than 100K Online Secret claims. I know it's a lot harder because I use to do it... and I spent a lot more money than I made.
My store was called The Road Life Company and although I no longer have it, the Facebook page still exists...
There are thousands of people who make money online with dropshipping but there are reasons I no longer do it... and reasons I don't recommend it.
As a dropshipper you'll buy products for a cheap price, usually from a site called Ali Express and sell them for a profit. It sounds simple enough but it's a still a store, even if it is online. What that means is you'll be dealing with things like...
- supply issues
- defects, warranties, exchanges and returns
- customer service issues
- very long shipping times (my daughter is currently waiting for a necklace she ordered from a dropshipper 2 months ago).
- your competition is Amazon who can ship orders overnight and people who can afford to purchase large quantities of product and store it locally.
The most challenging part of dropshipping though is getting traffic to your store.
Shopify stores are not built to show up for search engines. In other words, people don't find you, you have to find them... so your only real option is to chase after buyers on places like social media and email.
To do that you will have to buy traffic, which is not cheap.
And, figuring out what works also takes a lot of time and money. You'll need to run multiple offers to test different audiences, products and promotions (or advertisements) to find the right combination that not only grabs people's attention, but make you a profit.
Not only do you have sell at price that covers your product cost, it has to cover the cost of advertising too.
Very rarely do you hit the right combination from the start. Even experts who do this for living spend thousands of dollars sending traffic to multiple offers until they get it right.
If you don't have thousands of dollars for traffic, what are your options?
You can earn extra spending cash doing online surveys with sites like surveyjunkie.com. You can also make some money doing stuff online you probably do anyway like searching the web, watching videos and visiting websites with swagbucks.com.
Of course you won't get rich doing these things, but they are free to join and if you've never made money online before they can be a good first step.
If a full-time income online is what you want you can build an online business that does NOT require "paid" traffic or dealing with headaches like invoicing, returns or shipping.
Learning how to generate "free" traffic online and earn a commission on products you NEVER have to buy, ship or invoice is what you need in order to get what you want.
Is 100K Online Secret a Scam?
It's an interesting question - is 100K Online Secret a scam, because it's not a "product". It's really just a video and ordering page that sends you to the real product, My Ecom Club.
And there are some clear deceptions going on here.
The first is the use of false scarcity because the first thing you see is"please wait while verify a spot is available".
Until 100K Online Secret website shuts down, there will always be a spot available because the only reason it exists to send as much traffic as possible to Teo Vee's other program. It doesn't teach you anything so there is no other reason for it to exist.
The other big deception is the use of fake testimonials.
There are few people claiming to have made a ton of money with this program but they are just paid actors you can find on Fiverr, and if 100K Online Secret was such a great way to make money online, they would not paid actors.
They'd have real people who would be more than happy to tell their story... but that's not case.
These are some shady tactics in my opinion, so what do you think? Is 100K Online Secret a scam?
I'm going to hold off on calling them a flat-out scam because a better question to ask (since 100K Online Secret redirects you to My Ecom Club) is whether My Ecom Club is a scam.
My Ecom Club
Despite the fake testimonials and false scarcity or 100K Online Secret... My Ecom Club is a legit training program that teaches you the how to set up a dropshipping business.
I won't go into every detail but in my opinion there are some big problems with My Ecom Club.
The first is simply the dropshipping business model is flawed. As I mentioned, you can absolutely make money with it but it's not "passive income". You can automate a lot of the work but you're still dealing with customers, and paying for traffic is a quick ticket to bankruptcy if you're not careful.
The second problem with My Ecom Club is the cost. Not only do you have to pay monthly fees ($97), the actual training to make it work climbs into the tens of thousands. Unlike the fake video testimonials above, here's a screenshot of a real testimonial from the Better Business Bureau.
To be clear, My Ecom Club is a legit program, it's just very expensive and before you jump into anything you should be aware of the cost. The kind of money we're talking about here is very serious and it can ruin people's lives.
I don't know how much money you have to spend, or how much money you want to earn, but if 100K Online Secret is not for you, you have options.
For a bigger income, an online business that doesn't involve customers or expensive traffic may be what you want and a strategy that teaches you how to get free traffic and earn commissions from "other people's" products is what you need to get what you want.
What I Like About 100K Online Secret
You can probably tell there isn't much I like about 100K Online Secret but if I had to come up with something, I'd say...
- It does introduce people to dropshipping which is a legitimate online business model (even if I'm not a fan of it).
- Behind the 100K Online Secret "marketing funnel" is a legit program (My Ecom Club) that does have some value... it's just very expensive.
What I Don't Like
- The use of false scarcity and fake testimonials.
- The cost of the entire system if you include My Ecom Club and paid traffic adds up to many thousands of dollars.
- The dropshipping business model is very difficult to sustain. When you have hundreds or even thousands of products being shipped things are going to wrong. The cost of traffic is also a huge capital investment.
Where Do You Go From Here?
I wish I could give 100K Online Secret my stamp of approval but i can't. I mean... I don't even have an actual "stamp" that says approval, that would just be ridiculous 😀
But more importantly, when you consider the paid actor testimonials and a program that ultimately costs thousands of dollars, it's just not one I can recommend.
I know that's probably not what you want to here, especially if you have bills piling up at home or trouble finding work.
Or, maybe you have work but just hate it... that I understand (which is why I do what I do now).
