Thanks for checking out my Branded Surveys review. There are countless ways to make money online and one of the most popular is doing online surveys. They don’t pay a lot, but for the most part, they’re safe and simple. They're also a great way to get started if you've never made money online before.
With thousands of Branded Surveys reviews, you can find every opinion from good to bad. I’ll go over the common issues people are having, discuss how it works and why some think they’re a scam.

What is Branded Surveys?
If you’ve been doing online surveys for a while, you may be familiar with Branded Surveys (or gobranded.com) because they were once known as Mintvine. Owned by Branded Research and founded in 2012, Mintvine became an extremely popular survey site with good reviews… similar to sites like Swag Bucks and Survey Junkie.
In 2017, they re-branded themselves as Branded Surveys.
They’re still the same marketing research company that rewards members for taking paid surveys, only now they have a little more style with a more user-friendly experience.
What sets them apart from the others is the number of surveys they have to offer (more than most, as you can see in the screenshot below)… and you can earn money from doing daily polls as well as referring friends.
The great thing about online survey sites, though, is that you're not limited to just one survey company. In addition to Branded Surveys, sites like Inbox Dollars are another popular rewards site that provides surveys you can complete in your spare time while doing other gigs and side hustles.
I used to drive Uber for example, and found wait times between riders was a great time to earn extra money online (and take courses).
You can also make money with an online business if something more significant is what you're looking for.
You may have health challenges keeping you at home, or kids to take care of…
If that’s the case and and you'd like to earn a full-time income online, knowing how and where to start is what you need in order to get what you want.
Now, I'm going to give you a free step by step beginner's guide to making money online and you can get it by Clicking Here
How Does Branded Surveys Work?
Like most paid survey companies, Branded Surveys works with clients who are willing to spend money on your thoughts and opinions.
Some of those clients include Nielsen, JD Power, and Forrester.
The sign-up process is simple and open to US, Canadian, and UK residents who can either join through Facebook or email.
Your earnings begin right away. Once inside, you’ll be asked to do a quick profile set-up which is worth 50 points ($0.50).
One thing i'm not particularly fond of when it comes to online surveys is sharing personal information, but I also understand why it's necessary…
To establish your demographic and determine which surveys best suit you, they need to know who you are, where you live, and so on. Unfortunately, it’s a process that some might find a little invasive.
And, to be clear… this isn’t specific to Branded Surveys. If you’re doing surveys with any market research company, at some point, you may be asked questions such as your income, who you bank with, the number of people in your household, their age, medical history, and so on…
When it comes to legit survey sites, they're simply trying to establish your specific demographic and types of surveys they should send you.
Of course, you can tell them anything you’d like… but you’ll find variations of these same questions throughout the surveys they send you and if your answers don’t match, you’ll be disqualified.
This is one of the reasons some people complain they never qualify, while others talk about how great the surveys are…
Who Is Branded Surveys For?
Branded Surveys is for the casual online income earner who isn’t looking to replace their job, but enjoys earning a few extra bucks and gift cards in their spare time.
In addition to Branded, you can also earn money with Survey Junkie and Inbox Dollars.
Or course, surveys don't pay a lot of money but they're a good way to get started online, and they can lead to bigger things down the road.
Who It’s Not For
If you’re looking for something more significant, as mentioned earlier, Branded Surveys and other survey sites might only be something to do in addition to other work-at-home jobs and hustlers.
Health issues, children or a job that's causing you anxiety might be keeping you at home.
If that’s the case, knowing how (and where) to get started is what you need in order to get what you want.

Branded Surveys Payout
The amount you can earn with Branded Surveys increases as you earn points and badges. How do you earn points and badges?
As you might expect, it starts with taking surveys.
Taking Surveys
After you've created your account, you can log in and check out the surveys that are available.
But let me back up for a moment…
…. first you must create your account, which is easy.
Navigate to their homepage and click sign up in the top right corner. You will be asked for your email address and a password.
Now, this is VERY important…
Do NOT use an email and password combination that you've used with any other account. Even if it's a good password (Branded has a max password lenght of 16 characters), YOUR security is only as good as the security of the sites you sign up with.
And even though Branded Surveys is legit, there's no guarantee their database will never be hacked.
If it were, online theives can then use your email and password combination on hundreds (or thousands) of other sites and accounts to see if they can get in.
For example, if you use the same email and password combination with your Amazon account, a data breach at Branded Surveys will give scammers access to your Amazon account.
This goes for any and all accounts you sign up for.
Branded Surveys may have very strong security, but another account you have with the same username and password could get breached.
I've had this happen to me. Not with Branded Surveys, but with other sites. Fortunately I always use a unique a password with every account and website I sign up for.
Anyway, back to taking surveys…
Once you've logged in, the survey dashboard will list the surveys that you qualify for under Survey Spotlight. Each survey will list the estimated time it will take to complete, as well as the number of points you can earn.
This is a good way to decide if the survey is worth your time.
However, it's important to keep in mind that the time listed is an ONLY an estimate.
Branded Elite
There are 3 badges in the Branded Elite Program…
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
Badges are earned by collecting Branded Surveys points.
- 100 survey points = $1.00
You start out with your Bronze badge, and you need 600 points to reach Silver.
- Bronze to Silver – 600 points
- Silver to Gold – 2100 points
Badges are important because the higher your badge, the more points you earn…
Collecting credits allows you to advance through the levels. Credits are earned by completing surveys as well as other tasks. Earning badges unlocks additional features and the opportunity to earn additional points as well as bonus points.
How To Earn Bonus Points
- To qualify and progress through the Bronze, Silver, and Gold badge levels, you must complete surveys. Badge upgrades could take up to an hour.
- When you complete 12, 20, or 30+ surveys each week, you receive bonus points for each badge level.
- Your bonus is calculated as a percentage of your weekly approved survey point total (Monday-Sunday).
- Following quality reviews on Sundays at 6 PM PST, Bonus Points are given out. You cannot receive a bonus if your surveys are not in the Approved state.
To keep your badge through the following month, make sure to finish the required number of surveys within each calendar month.
Make Money by Earning Branded Surveys Points
Like most market research and reward sites, money is calculated in points.
1 point equals 1 cent…100 points is $1.00 and so on…
Points can be traded for various retail, restaurant and entertainment gift cards as well as cash via PayPal or Branded Pay… now referred to as Bank Transfer.
There are several gift card options, ranging from retailers (such as Walmart, Target, Staples as well as autoparts and clothing stores) to restaurants, travel, entertainment and pre-paid cards like Visa just to name a few.
They also provide a donation option.
Online Surveys – Pay per survey ranges between 10 to 300 points, and the average survey length is roughly 10 – 20 minutes.
Survey Streak – Silver and Gold members can earn additional points for completing a set number of surveys within 7 days…
- Silver Badge – 10 surveys in 7 days is worth 100 points, and 30 surveys will get you 150 points.
- Gold Badge – 10 surveys in 7 days is worth 200 points, and 30 surveys will get you 300 points.
Local Deals – These are savings from local businesses you’ll find listed in your dashboard (if available in your area). It's a similar feature to what you would find on a site like Rewards Giant.
Daily Polls – They don’t pay much, but they’re quick and easy…
- Bronze – earn 5 points
- Silver – earn 7 points
- Gold – earn 10 points
Refer-a-Friend – Silver Badge members earn 50 points for each referral and Gold Badge members earn 100 points. (Bronze Badges don’t qualify for the refer-a-friend program)
Branded Surveys Mobile App (New for 2023)
Branded Surveys launched their mobile app in 2023 with the same functionality as their website but with better mobile usability when taking surveys on the go.
- Rather than checking emails, users can now receive survey notifications directly on their mobile devices via push notifications.
- The app is available on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, allowing users with iPhones and Androids to download it.
- Apple users can sign up for the app using their Apple ID/iCloud credentials, which are directly linked to their Apple devices.
- Mobile-friendly user experience and intuitive design.
Is Branded Surveys Legit?
There are thousands of paid survey sites online, and while many of them are scams… Branded Surveys, at the time of this review, is not one of them.
Branded Surveys is absolutely legit.
However, since this review was published, many comments have accumulated from people who feel scammed. I encourage you to read them for a more complete and balanced view of the company.
But to be clear, while I have no reason to doubt the validity of their claims, and on a personal level (if I were reading them somewhere else), I'd have no reason not to believe them; as a publisher, I must state that user comments are not verified.
Also, while they may make a compelling argument that Branded Surveys is a scam, that's not an accusation I can make based on anecdotal evidence. I also can't say whether incidences like these (described in the comments section below) are widespread or relatively few compared to the total number of Branded Survey members.
I also don't know if there are additional circumstances not mentioned in these complaints or whether there's another side to the story. That is not a defense of Branded Surveys, nor a delegitimization of users' complaints and significant frustrations. They are just objective facts that deserve mention.
Finally, as stated earlier, I am not an affiliate of Branded Surveys, nor am I associated with them in any way. I DO NOT earn money or any form of compensation from Branded Surveys.
Anecdotal evidence aside, there are other reasons to ask if it's a scam. This is making money online, after all, and there are an endless number of scams.
With Branded Surveys (as with all paid survey companies), you’ll spend a lot of time completing surveys that you may end up not qualifying for. To soften the blow, Branded Surveys will still pay you 5 points (5 cents) when this happens. It's not a lot, but better than other survey companies that don't pay anything.
You may also run into issues like being locked out of your account or your points not being approved… and if you’re a suspicious person, you might think they’re trying to scam you.
There are certain sites out there that use these tactics to avoid paying, but again, Branded is not that type of site.
These issues are common with every survey site. Whether you think it’s a scam or not depends on how much you trust them.
Here's the thing…
Almost every survey includes “trick” questions to test that you're paying attention. If you don't respond to these correctly, or if you're inconsistent regarding your demographic (you age for example, location, household income, you could be disqualified.
If you don't respond to these correctly, or if you're inconsistent regarding your demographic (you age for example, location, household income, you could be disqualified.
It may seem counter productive, but slowing down allows you to make more money. You will be eligible for more high paying surveys the more accurate your responses are.
For example… you’ll find (if you’ve read the reviews) when some people tried to cash out, their points were not approved.
There are many reasons for this… but the main one is stated in their terms of service.
“In addition, User understands that payments come from revenue generated by the Third Parties. Therefore, User acknowledges and agrees that if, for any reason, an advertiser does not pay Branded, Branded reserves the right to withhold the Users' share of said revenue.”
The problem is that you’ll never know if Branded Surveys was actually paid or not (as is the case with any survey company). Branded Surveys has a good reputation though, and they've been around for a long time. And when comparing Branded Surveys with reviews from other survey sites, getting locked out or disqualified is far less of an issue, so no, Branded Surveys is definitely not a scam.
Branded Survey Reviews and Complaints
For the most part, the reviews are positive, and there are a lot of them, which is a good sign. From various blogs to review sites such as Trust Pilot, people are saying good things.
The common positives are…
- Wide range of surveys and a lot of them.
- Good customer service.
- Guaranteed points by doing daily polls.
Not all the reviews are good though… and Branded Surveys wouldn’t be a legit company without a few complaints.
Some issues mentioned are…
- Repetitive questions.
- Some surveys get closed before they are completed (but they provide a method to report these issues, and you may be compensated with points for trying the survey)
- Low pay (but to be clear, this is true with ALL survey sites).
One reason for repetitive questions is to identify scammers who are not taking surveys seriously. A common problem with survey sites is members who rush through the questions without even reading them, just trying to earn money as fast as possible.
But Branded Surveys is responsible for providing their clients with accurate research, and repetitive questions are a safeguard to confirm survey takers are paying attention.
Multiple instances of different answers to similar questions are one reason a user may be locked out of their account as well.
One thing that impressed me about Branded Surveys is they respond to negative reviews, which is a good indicator they not only care about (and are in touch with) their members but that they're also open to criticisms and working to make improvements.
That's probably a big reason they currently have a 4.4 rating at TrustPilot with over 28,000 reviews.
What I Like About Branded Surveys
- Good survey sites are few and far between… so it’s great when you find a good one.
- They offer points when disqualified.
- A steady flow of surveys.
- Great looking and easy-to-navigate website.
- Thousands of positive reviews.
What I Don’t Like
- Survey sites don’t pay very much, and they definitely won’t replace your job income.
- Accumulated points can take up to two weeks for approval.
- No passive income (unless you’re an experienced online marketer who earns through referrals).

Final Thoughts
If you’d like to earn big money, Branded Surveys (or, more accurately, surveys in general) may not be your thing… but they are a great way to get started online, and Branded Surveys is one of the better survey sites out there.
You can join Branded Surveys here.
Although I'm not the biggest fan of online surveys, they have their place.
You may be struggling under a load of debts with stacks of bills piling up, and while surveys won't solve all of your money problems, they can certainly help. You can combine them with other work-at-home opportunities.
If you're stuck at home because of a medical issue, young ones to look after, or if you just don't like working for someone else… an online business might be something that interests you.
With all the scams and schemes out there though, knowing how and where to get started the right way is what you need in order to get what you want.

If you're just looking for a simple way to make some extra spending money though, online survey and get-paid-to sites are a good way to get started.
Survey Junkie, like Branded, will pay you for your opinion, and Inbox Dollars offers rewards for doing things like watching videos, visiting websites, and searching the web.
Thank you for stopping by, and I hope my Branded Surveys review was helpful. If you have any comments, questions, or experience with Branded Surveys, please share in the comments section below.
It is not a scam site, BUT quite often, the company finds ways to NOT PAY you even if you complete the survey to the end! They come up with different reasons such as completing the survey too fast, too slow, or not being qualified (even when the survey is completed to the end). Therefore, it is a waste of time and effort – stay away!

They are currently being investigated for internet fraud. They have been accused of selling member information to hackers and counterfeiters for a percentage of their profits.
AVOID. Too good to be true? Yep.
Just spent half an hour playing with this. What a joke. They get you to complete a survey then it comes up that you didn’t match the criteria. Well, you already had my criteria so why offer up the survey. They have got a lot of personal information from me essentially for free. They are playing on the fact you’ll keep chasing the time you have already dropped. What a complete con.
Been with Branded Surveys since 2020. So when I happened to check my email the other morning as I normally would do to click on the notification link to access the survey page it had brought me to a “Access Blocked” page claiming that I’m in another country which I’m sitting here right in the good ol’ USA of America! I’ve never had an issue before until now but now I’m totally locked out and can’t even cash out! The only way to get it I think is maybe through the BBB as that’s the only way that they’re communicating I had noticed as they’re being forced to by the BBB. Disgrace!!!
Not sure what these comments are on about… I regularly reach gold status and cash out anywhere from 5 dollars to 15 dollars no problem. Payout is nearly instant and takes very little time to be approved. I have made 60 dollars overall using Branded and I highly recommend it! If you can get through the first few surveys before getting a badge (yes, lots of rejection and low payout with no badge) you will begin to be offered 100-200 point surveys in no time. After that, it’s only a matter of time before making enough to cash out
Total scam.
Fun until you ask for redeem and then, oups you’re banned for X reason.
Sent a request for Quebec’s consummer protection since the website is a scam.
Same exact experience as of December 18th 2022. I was validated, verified and approved for payout to PayPal until I reached my payout threshold of $5.00. Once I passed the threshold and selected ‘redeem points’ I was met with a rejection banned telling me my account needed to be ‘verified’ and to contact support.
Support, is a chat bot, so I contacted brandedsurveys directly and fiiled a complaint. They have received two complaints from me regarding this scam and I’ve never heard back from them.
I’m calling the FTC next.
Shame on you, Jay, because you were willing to write this article.
Their rule ““In addition, User understands that payments come from revenue generated by the Third Parties. Therefore, User acknowledges and agrees that if, for any reason, an advertiser does not pay Branded, Branded reserves the right to withhold the Users’ share of said revenue.” – it means, “we will pay NEVER, even a cent.”
My account was active, until I had 2,000 points, and I chose the PayPal to get my $20. My account was blocked within one second! It happened on November 23rd. Since that, they don’t let me to do any survey, and they don’t answer any email.
What is so “interesting”, that my hubby registered on the page and they immediately gave him a lots of survey. Quickly reached the 500 points, and set the PayPal to pay him the $5. His account was blocked on that moment, when he clicked on the PayPal. It is the evidence that they don’t want to pay at all. We should sue them, but in the first circle, I reported them at BBB.
Hi GN, I appreciate you taking the time to comment and share your experience. Because of your comment, I updated the article to draw attention to your experience and the experiences others have shared as well.
Damned SCAM!
Branded Surveys is a total scam. This site immediately locks you out of your account once you reach enough points to cash out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
AGREE!
And they never answer on any email.

I do hope that this guy who wrote this article about this scammer company, he also didn’t get his payment for it.
Please, report them at BBB.
The worst part, when you collect enough points to convert to cash there is an error. An error that is not resolved and you do not get your money. ……………………. Avoid this.
A S=C=A=M= !!!!!!!! You log in everyday, seems to have a limit. You answer questions then you are told there is an error, you did not qualify. The worst part, when you collect enough points to convert to cash there is an error. An error that is not resolved and you do not get your money. ……………………. Avoid this.
WHY DO I DANGURAS WEB SIGHT WHEN I GO TO SIGN UP??????
When you first join it works, then suddenly you keep getting the message = An unexpected error occurred!
We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again later.
It might give you 3 points or None.
So I am beginning to wonder if this is a scam.
They do sell your info. So if that’s a problem for you, do not give them your ordinary email. You will suddenly be signed up for and getting emails from lots of marketers. Just so you know.
I do think most of you are on smack!!! Or these are just bull comments..
If I could add a screenshot I’d add one. I’ve Been with branded for a touch over three weeks. Yesterday morning I withdrew £182.57 into my pay pay. Yesterday afternoon I sent £182.57 from pay pal to my bank!! So I now have my money and its earning interest.
Hi I am hasnain shah I need your help please online work
Frosty the full of bullshit Freeman.
Post the payout somewhere and provide a link here. I won’t hold my breath.
Branded surveys blocked up my account and retained my money. I felt cheated. I spent a lot of time answering surveys
same
Absolutely refuses to pay you and uses your use of a voip number as an excuse and then when you provide them with a legitimate mobile phone number still REFUSES to pay stating that you have attempted to try to many times to receive your payment (two times). You send three times the amount of time they say and you end up making nothing. Because they will not pay and you cannot reach any real live person at the company, they are registered in California and Nevada and the parent company Dynata, LLC is registered in Delaware and Texas. Good luck. The CEO last name is Laban. Even if you contact them as if you want to employ them, you cannot reach a live human being.
thanks for this, let me exit this time wasting game
SCAM!!!!
After every survey, at the end I got the message that it’s FULL. Didn’t give me anything!!!
I wasted my time.
Also it happened to me where at the last question, it bumps you out saying your session timed out.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
yes, keeps giving me 3 surveys on the dashboard and often says Survey full. thought I was the only one acting slowly.
Blooming Nora, just started the surveys today and I did kinda get a feeling it was a scam and after I hard day of filling in those monotonous surveys I thought I might be getting somewhere but no and to be honest what else can you expect in this type of world right now where everyone is out to scam and hustle you especially when your intentions were honest from the start.
I really can’t see how they can use the mobile number thingas an excuse to freeze you out after all the other details you’re providing them like email and PayPal details should be enough to verify you, would certainly make sense to ask for the mobile verification at the start of sign up but not they get all your data and you can only pray that it’s not being used in all sorts of identity scams and frauds.
This is definitely a scam. It took me over 20 hours to reach first level and found out I earned $5.50. They do not tell you this upfront as to how many points Equal dollars. Also, when I went to redeem my Miserable $5.50 they would not confirm my address so I didn’t actually collect anything.
This site must be getting a kick back for talking nice about Branded Surveys.
It is a giant scam site. Don’t waste your time on this site.
You’ll spend most of your time doing a survey only to get kicked out after 85% is done. Then when you actually get a survey completed, they still won’t give you the points, and you have to through a Review process of the survey where you have to have 10 screenshots and a sworn affidavit to prove you did it.
90% of all of the surveys I do have to be reviewed as they never give you the points.
It took them over 2 weeks to review all of mine and give me my points, then blamed my computer as the issue.
They are screwing over a lot of people for little amounts and its pathetic.
Useless site that serves no purpose.
What a scam! I spent hours earning a gift certificate, which was mysteriously rejected. They said said I was “unable to participate in surveys”, with no explanation. I told them they can keep the rest of their surveys, but I want the gift certificate that I earned.
SCAM!!! I earned 3400 in points and when I went to redeem they said their system showed I accessed them from an unapproved country (outside the US, Canada or the UK) so they deactivated my account. This is not true. I am in Canada. This seems like a scam to avoid paying out.
I used Branded Survey since October and I have finally been able to redeem $15.75 to my PayPal account. It is true that I sometimes get disqualified from surveys, but the payout is worth it, especially since it is easy to save up from their daily poll rewards.
So you made $16 in five months. Congrats.
Same experience as a few of these other people. Upon cash out my account was deactivated, yet they kept the money I had earned for my opinions. Don’t waste your time.
Yep! That’s exactly what they did to me last night! I thought I’d log on to answer a survey or two during lunch, only to find that I’m not getting the gift certificate I earned last night, and I’m not allowed to answer any more surveys, or redeem any more points. They didn’t even explain why.
branded surveys has become one of the worst survey sites, it not only pays out one of the lowest rewards,,, unless the survey is for a rich director… But you are lucky to qualify , complete for 4% of their surveys,, I have just spent one week, 15 hours a day, going through hundreds of surveys, and majority of them have already been filled before they even appear. I must click on about 300 surveys every day and am lucky to complete 7 and of course the reward is average 10 cents. I have averaged just 350 cents a day . and because they pay out in $$, you have also got to take into account losing some of that because of the exchange rate when you cash it in . the support are useless,, they copy and paste the same message and clearly do not care about your lack of qualifying,, they get their days wage and that’s all that matters. If you have 15 hours a day to spare and only want to make an average $3 a day,,, , more if you are a rich director of a multi million $ company .. then sure,, join this site…
My first day on this scam site. I spent over 5 hours completing a plethora of surveys. FIVE hours. My pay? $5.59 USD. About 90 cents per hour. Anyone can earn more panhandling.
BRANDED SURVEYS ARE A SCAM. I have been taking surveys for nearly 3 years since 2019. When I went to finally cash out, they told me I couldn’t as my account was deactivated last year! But I wasn’t aware, they never told me, and I still able to do surveys all these years.
Please DO NOT waste your time. It’s a SCAM.
Most good reviews are either bots or people working for them
Apparently, like all users when they’re about to cash out, I violated their terms bla bla.
BS!! I wasted nearly 3 years thrn when I EMAILED them they told me my account was deactivated. Weird how I was able to take surveys still. They never even bothered to tell me. I’m sure you also got paid to write this article. How can u say they’re legitimate if you mentioned you never used them lol.
Branded surveys are a SCAM
Thanks for sharing your experience Tanz. We have tested Branded Surveys without issue but not for a duration of years as you have. We also haven’t been paid for this review, nor are we an affiliate for Branded Surveys (although we do track the number of clicks from this review to their site). I can’t speak to your specific situation or issues with them but I can definitely understand your frustration. I appreciate you taking the time to share.
Regards
Branded Surveys engages in a many tactics that diminish the quality of any of the data they gather while completely taking advantage of users.
1. Use screeners that are so detailed they might as well be the survey itself. I regularly spent 5 minutes or more on screener questions only to be screened out. In these cases, the screener questions were often detailed enough to be a study in and of themselves. It leads me to believe that, in many cases, Branded Surveys, uses the screener as the actual survey to avoid paying anyone anything for the data.
2. Both the points offered and the time estimated for the survey would immediately change once you click on the link and were completely unreliable and inaccurate. For instance, if you see a survey that is advertised as 75 points ((which by the way is $0.075 cents) and will take 5 minutes, either or both of those numbers are likely to dynamically change the moment you click on the link. It is not uncommon to see the points go way down and the time way up.
3. Time estimates are misleading. Oftentimes the correlation between the advertised length of time for the survey and the actual length of time are completely inaccurate. I would be curious what other people experienced but this inconsistency was so pronounced that I tend to think the time estimate is just used as bait. Frequently, I spent 20 minutes or more on surveys that were ostensibly supposed to be far less than half that. However, given the way the points and time estimates changed when you clicked on the link to the survey (see above) who's to know if any of the data you are presented with has any role other than to entice you to click.
4. Compensation is a joke. You get about a $0.01 per point. Given the amount of time and effort it takes to get points due to the trickery listed above, a well-intentioned survey taker might spend days to get a $10.00 card. In my case, I took between 50 and 100 surveys spanning 3 days and never even earned enough points for 1 $10.00 card. I think anyone's time is worth far more than that.
4. Most all email links to surveys led to a "This survey is full" message. I had my email frequency settings set to as immediate as I could and still most surveys had received all their required input before I clicked the link. This would signify to me that there are automated programs or data farms of participants using some unethical means to scam points from the system. A well-intentioned single user simply receiving emails and trying their best to offer valuable data is likely to be redirected from the surveys in the emails to others available on their site. In these cases, once again, the advertised time and points value will change dynamically as soon as you click on the link so they bear no correlation to reality.
5. Due to all the above, the quality of the data they are gathering is highly suspect. Their system offers a leaderboard that indicates that some users are earning tens of thousands of points. I spend several days and took well over 50 surveys and I never even qualified for a $10.00 gift card. If others are clicking at some insane level higher or faster than me it cannot be legitimate data.
5. This service is illegitimate to those seeking panels and abusive to those willing to offer their time to gather data. At the end of the day, I see no value in them for either audience.
I have been with branded surveys for a couple of months ,all was going well and I had 3 payouts from them ,then I went to redeem my points through paypal and they were returned to the branded dashboard and my account was frozen and I was unable to take surveys ,I contacted the help desk and they told me my account had "violated their terms and conditions as I had tried to access them from a restricted country ,I explained to them that I had always done the surveys from My house in Leicestershire England ,they said something had gone wrong on the system and put it right and my account was ok and I made the payout ,then in the last 3 weeks it has been frozen again and I am being told by the help desk that as before "my account has violated their terms of service "as I have tried to access them from a restricted country ,when you sign up with them you are told they only accept people from uk ,USA as Canada ,i am in the UK so i'm not I a restricted country ,all this has been explained to them and I have had many conversations with them and they just keep on saying the same thing, now they do not reply to my messages ,I have spent many hours on their surveys and have nearly 1400 ponits wort about £11 which I can not redeem for MY MONEY ,.I would I like to take this to a higher level and claim compensation for the time ,stress, and money they owe me ,can you help please ?
I haven't been paid for my surveys. Branded survey won't get any more surveys from me, until I get paid. I'm still waiting, I'll will give them another week.
Then am going to the FCC and labor broad. This takes too long to get paid.
This information sounds alright but it is not a fact. For example check out the number of people presently just trying to get their mobile phone number verification. When a valid mobile number is applied, the prompt states that it is not a mobile number and does not accept land line numbers either. Meanwhile a person can’t redeem his or her points. A good scam or great computer flick. How many people would just give up? The problem still remains despite the number of emails from me and others. Doesn’t sound too legit to me!
You are correct. It is a horrible site.
This is total BS!!! I was working on a survey for about an hour and in the end I was almost 100% complete and I got this message:
The server is currently busy.
Therefore, we cannot temporary proceed to the survey.
Seems like a scam! And I received no points for the survey!
I have 1400 points on my dashboard which I tried to redeem through paypal ,they returned them to my dashboard and froze my account so that I can't take surveys or redeem my points, and they told me "I have violated their terms and conditions as I had tried to access them from a restricted country "which I haven't as the uk is one country that they accept people from and I have always been in Leicestershire England uk ,not happy
